After Massive Fire, VCU Complex to Open

Connie Jordan Bradford, a real estate agent with Thalhimer Commercial Real Estate who represents the building's owner, RAMZ LLC, says the retail space is fully leased. All the retailers are expected to open within three to four months, she says.

The retail tenants include restaurants, such as Five Guys Famous Burgers and Fries, Extreme Pizza, Tropical Smoothie Café, Salsarita's Fresh Cantina, Jersey Mike's Subs, and Cold Stone Creamery, as well as retail shops EB Games and Playaz Gear. — Scott Bass
