      <![CDATA[Traditionally, Bolognese isn't made with cream, unless it's part of a lasagne, when béchamel is added to give the sauce the body needed to help bind ingredients. Proscuitto, pork and Parmesan usually give simple Bolognese over pasta it's body, not cream.

      <![CDATA[The one time I visited, it was a disaster wrapped in an enigma wrapped in a vest - stuffed into a list of restaurant mistakes of turducken proportions. However - if they can pull it together, it'd be great!
