Yes there are, but they go mostly unnoticed. A ballpark would be a anchor destination and draw tens, hundreds of thousands, to an area they should know, but don't.

Not all 6,000 people are going to dinner before the game. But many will, and that number of people is not 6,000, and will not create the strain on traffic that an additional 6,000 people might cause if they all arrived at 5pm.

Right but remember the point of moving to the Bottom is so we can bring the families out for dinner and entertainment before the game. If everyone's going straight to the game and then straight home what is the point of putting it in the Bottom?
