In other news, the school system in Richmond is still incredibly defunct, is having its funding slashed again, there's a 40% child poverty rate as of 2010 (it's gone up since then) in the city, and the mayor wants us to pull over 100 million dollars from the roughly 300 million city budget to renovate the ball park and the Landmark.
