      <![CDATA[I think perhaps we need to start thinking not so much mixed use but maybe multi use? A majority of parks are used for more than one thing which helps to draw a consistent crowd throughout the year and even different types of people.

      <![CDATA[gawd who cares about a past time hardly anyone ever watches anymore...but you could do more for this city by building a legit concrete skatepark, and it would cost 387 millions dollar less than a new ballpark for some minor league team. maybe if we could court a major league team it might be worth it, but we won't, so it not worth it.<br>
