      <![CDATA[Realtor Rick, despite whatever political leanings are in the study, the last paragraph of this article on it rings true (and I think it also contains some of your sentiments).<br>
<br>
Ultimately, we need TRUE innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship, not just happy talk from the usual corporate elite/aristocracy/1%ers who are just trying to maintain control. <br>
<br>
We also need more businesses to invest in Richmond, not more government to invest more in businesses.<br>
<br>
On a more positive note, Richmond is blessed with great natural resources and geography.
