      <![CDATA[NO - GRTC's transfer station: You do realize that this station was planned to occupy the 2nd floor of the shed itself, right? GRTC should definitely have a downtown transfer station (and many other trappings of a high-performing transit system), but not at the cost of permanently handicapping future rail potential of Main Street Station (MSS).<br>

Overall, I appreciate Jones, but this was a big mistake. We need to put transportation at the forefront any Shockoe plans.<br>
<br>
Richmond needs to think bigger and go after federal transportation funds in a big way.<br>
<br>
