      <![CDATA[It's not fully clear to me, but if Brown is suggesting we block off a part of Carytown like the C-ville mall, I'm all for it and it is completely possible. Besides, with Richmond's unchecked reckless driving problem it's only a matter of time before a troop of trendy shoppers is run down by a Suburban.

      <![CDATA[Kid contradicts himself: add parking, take away parking (which really can't be compared to Paris since they have public transportation). It's a nice effort similar to a two page paper for undergraduate planning class.

      <![CDATA[I'd love to see some kind of signage that discourages cyclists from riding on the sidewalks (not to mention it's illegal). I almost hit a cyclist who was traveling west at great speed on the Cary Street sidewalk as I was turning east out of the Cary Court Shopping Center.
