      <![CDATA[I would like to see a dollar total on the city contracts for services that are outsourced (other than construction) that could be supplied by city employees who are already on the payroll. <br>
<br>
Why are we paying a bunch of paper pushers 6-figure salaries to just sit around and award contracts to private industry when those same staffers should have been hired to do the work themselves?
