Thanks to the author for this article as well as for the Veteran and her mother.

It takes a lot of energy and personal psyche strength to go up against the "the systems"; VA, DRS, BHDD, etc.

Everyone in the systems--both VA and the State systems-- know this; but they continue to do the same thing...
expecting" different results which is called INSANITY.

The VA/DVS continues to run around and get "referrals" for our Vets; but when they get feedback they are not good referrals, etc.

They do NOTHING with this information. But that's OK...you see "everyone" has a job; and very little quality help gets to the Veteran/family members.
