      <![CDATA[I'm sorry you feel this way about i.e.  As a presenter and a participant, I found it to be a top-flight event with a true and honest desire to shift the paradigm about Richmond. Part of that involves creating a vision, and a vision isn't usually based on what IS - it's based on what you think SHOULD BE.
