      <![CDATA[The surrounding area has developed nicely on it's own, if you look at what the following businesses have done since 2006: Acacia, Lamplighter, Fresca, the soon-to-be open restaurant Selba, CrossFit, Green House Glass, and the relatively new high end furniture consignment shop right next to Acacia. Clearly people believe in the area, and I trust a developer with the property, since strict zoning laws can keep the end product of high quality fitting to its surroundings.
