      <![CDATA[If it's a Whole Foods or Trader Joe's city residents from areas outside of Carytown/Museum District (i.e. Church Hill) will just go there to shop instead of making the dreaded trip out to Short Pump. Good for the city, bad for The Pump...<br><br>P.S. I'll still go to Ellwood Thompson's for their hot bar because it's 10x better than Whole Foods.

      <![CDATA[Just want to make a point: claiming Carytown is not dealing with a surplus of grocery stores just becuse Short Pump has more grovery stores than Carytown is pointless. One could easily point out that it is likely that Short Pump also has a store surplus.
