      <![CDATA[For RPS to hang onto a warehouse that the City Auditor values at $9 million dollars on Arlington Rd., or the Plant Services Facilities that occupy valuable land space behind the Diamond and the Arthur Ashe building is selfish and short-sighted when it comes to making decisions in the best interest of the city and the school system. Then, we have City Council members worried about NOISE ordinances and fighting roundabouts and school board members attacking the one board member who possesses critical analysis skills...

      <![CDATA[1) I need to know what micro-brewery!<br>2) I live in Scott's Addition and it's biggest weakness is no place to go outside that isn't ugly and grey (read: needs a park). It's in some sort of greenery black hole.<br>3) Why can't Richmond provide ample parking like in Downtown Short Pump?
