      <![CDATA[Rick James has it right, let the animal shelter folks run the schools! <br><br>The city leaders have been convinced that Center Stage, Convention Center, Canal Walk would generate lots of revenue that could then be put into the schools but it's never materialized.

What are the leadership (both private and public)'s priorities?<br><br>Its pretty easy to see them if you look at all the facilities that have taken public money and compare them- <br><br>Center Stage and Convention Center vs. animal shelter and schools.<br>Canal Walk vs. City parks.
