      <![CDATA[If a hotel is to be built on the site, I would not use Glade Knight or have any of the Apple companies own or manage the property. There is a class action lawsuit because of the deceitful practices he (Glade Knight) uses.

      <![CDATA[As a Downtown Hotel employee, I think building a reputable, nice  service hotel in the heart of the Slip is a great idea. They are more affordable than the Omni or the Berkley, and will appeal more to the younger crowds that frequent the Slip, especially the military crowd that comes in on the weekends from Fort Lee.

      <![CDATA[Would the Commission of Architectural Review members who expressed concern about  2 hotels being built on "such a historic site" rather have the parking lot, as it appears now? If there was an anything of historic significance left, I'd certainly understand, but that's not the case.
