Diradour OWNS the building next to Fan House!!!

How is he to say how his "competitor" (next door) can survive or not business wise?

It sounds more like Diradour is losing "his late night crowd" because people actually would like to go a place that isn't a "dive bar"..

It is solely between the restaurant and the City, any outside people have no right to interfere.
2) There should be a friendly competition and cooperation between restaurants.
