A food critic that doesn't have a desire to travel to a major city like Montreal because of 'cholesterol' fears, doesn't know what poutine is or how good it can be, and thinks that richmond has mediocre pizza. Clearly, Style Weekly is as far as this rva tunnel-visioned girl is gonna go.

What a shame for such a mediocre, ambivalent food critic to invoke the legendary Calvin Trillin! Ms. Bosher would do well to read more of his work before subjecting us to any more of her superficial, calorie-conscious, 8th grade diary-entry claptrap.

First comment definitely sounds like its from the owner/employee.

"making many things reasonably well is arguably more difficult than making one thing incredibly well."

Arguably, a Chef should concentrate on nailing down a certain cuisine(flavors, techniques, traditions) which is very difficult and takes years to accomplish.
