      <![CDATA[Talk about irony! <br><br>One ironic part of this article is that the author is myopic enough to believe his audience would embrace the claim that a black mayor, who is also minister to a largely black congregation, who recruited and supported the appointment a black, chief administrative officer and three black, deputy chief administrative officers, and a black, director of minority business, all of whom worked with the mayor's black deputy chief of staff to craft this night club ordinance, with several black members of City Council, would do so only for the sake of punishing black business owners and patrons of black clubs.
