      <![CDATA[This is another example of the city trying to engineer away an enforcement issue. This intersection requires that drivers pay attention and slow down a little, but is completely safe at posted speeds, especially if the driver is not talking on the cell phone, fiddling with an ipod or texting.<br><br>Richmond police can't enforce the traffic laws because they don't follow them either.

      <![CDATA[I'm not sure why Hill's statue is seen as such an issue. You barely have to deviate from a straight line in order to drive past the monument, and it's no more dangerous making a left turn than it is at any other intersection.

      <![CDATA[Wait, what exactly is the argument against constructing an actual round-a-bout? A round-a-bout would actually add more elegance to Hill's memorial and almost definitely solve the traffic issue.
