      <![CDATA[Reed, you profess to not question the value of abstinence-only education but in the same sentence admit a tacit approval of the government&apos;s elimination of the entire program. You are advocating the government&apos;s approval of comprehensive sex-ed to the exclusion of abstinence-only education &mdash; a contradiction of your own argument.<br>In 2004 Congressman Henry Waxman of California presented a report before Congress critical of the medical accuracy of abstinence education curricula.
