1) Over the course of my visits to Bellytimber, I saw only 3 sauces offered with the wings - obviously a menu can change quickly, and some change daily

2) At the time of my last visit, the kale salad was on the menu, and when I ordered it, the server offered to re-create the same salad over mixed greens since kale was not available, as if that was a switch they did often - again, a menu can change quickly and

3) I am glad to hear you had such excellent experience with the service, and I enjoyed my servers as well despite a few blunders, but this is a matter of opinion, not accuracy - just about every customer will have a different experience with service, dependent upon numerous factors.
