      <![CDATA[In the 2008 election, I was torn between the idea of making the Republicans clean up their own mess by voting for McCain and voting for Obama as the fixer because "crisis brings opportunity." In the end I chose Obama because Sarah Palin doesn't belong anywhere near the Oval Office.

      <![CDATA[During the Democratic primary battle, I pulled for a Clinton win with the hope that McCain, the ever-maverick, would reach across the aisle and ask Obama to run as his veep.<br><br>My thinking was similar with the key point that that would truly quite the far left and the far right who truly control media coverage of American society and politics.<br><br>President Obama is having a very difficult time trying, alone, to govern from the middle WHERE ALL effective policies originate.
