      <![CDATA[Yes, I agree become more like the shockoe slip area , the cobblestone roads and buried power lines are very attractive and the cobblestone roads are under almost every road in the city, why stop their repair all of the cobble stone roads and by doing those little improvements will bring more businesses and people to the area. like they said the little thing will bring the people

      <![CDATA[Everyone in Richmond likes to complain about the lack of change in the city, however, these are the same people who are creatures of habit and are controlled by the lack of options. They go to the restaurants that are owned by the same people, complain about the lack of nightlife, but refuse to support their local bars/clubs to make them better, and always focus on the negative aspects rather than anything that could be deemed as positive.
