      <![CDATA[When you live near a home that's vacant for one of the reasons stated by jack123, and it is set on fire by someone squatting in it, you may change your mind. My brother's renters moved out a month before he was to move back to Richmond and back into his home, and he found two women smoking crack in his living room.

      <![CDATA[When you own a home that ends up vacant by either financial reasons, personal reasons, or because you are trying to sell it, you'll understand why vagrants are such a problem. They often destroy the property, deficating on the premises, causing great danger to the house itself, and sometimes to those that have to visit the property for upkeep.
