      <![CDATA[As the eldest son of the late "Boo" Walke,let me set some facts straight ! My dad never signed  away his rights to "Woo-Hoo"! He thought the whole thing about about stealing a "Boogie" was a lie, and it turned out to be just that . Jess Duboy did NOT instruct my dad on what chords to play.

      <![CDATA[being the nephew of the very talented Boo Walke i can attest to the fact that Boo "NEVER" signed his rights away to that song! only a certain few in the band did, and being young and naive i cant blame them, Mr Mcgraw was a sheister who ripped them all off and hopefully the lawsuits will justify this matter!
