      <![CDATA[In addition to creating an arts district with zoning and code requirements that allow for safe but vibrant First Fridays, I hope the city can offer more incentives to businesses and organizations so commercial traffic on a regular, daytime basis can continue to increase.<br>This could be tax or other financial incentives as well as streamlining the process for opening a business there. It would be wonderful to have more everyday kinds of reasons to go to that stretch of Broad... a grocer, a hardware store, a bookshop...
