      <![CDATA[I guess Style expects Mayor Jones to fix in two years problems that have compiled for decades. There is a cycle of poverty in Richmond, and it will take some serious investment and time to reverse this trend.

      <![CDATA[We had a functioning and thriving Neighborhood Teams Process in place, but Mayor Wilder disbanded and destroyed it, forcing Mayor Jones to "reinvent the wheel." We are still paying for, and repairing the damage done, by L. Douglas Wilder.

      <![CDATA[Why is this such a one-sided article? There is no mention of apartments recently under construction  in Shockoe Bottom or of buildings that have started to be renovated in the last 21 months, like The John Marshall Hotel.
