      <![CDATA[Hedison is right. <br>Energy efficiency is important.<br>I am more excited about electric bicycles for commuting than electric cars.<br><br>But reducing points of pollution is a good thing and I do think this does make a lot of sense for the City's service fleet.

      <![CDATA[At this rate we can get rid of the internal combustion ahead of schedule...say by 2055 or so. Of course, we will need to start building nuclear reactors immediately to produce enough electricity to charge all these cars.
