      <![CDATA[You are making the unfair assumption that I am an artist.<br><br>Maybe the city should stop paying people put out our fires, keep us safe or plow our roads? In the past it was all volunteer, but it become increasingly obvious that it is necessary to pay people so that they can be more organized and more effectively carry out their job.<br><br>Tourism helps pay for these services and ensures our city is prosperous.
