      <![CDATA[Richmond Public Schools perpetuates poverty and continuously feeds the cradle to prison pipeline by massively suspending students for the smallest of infractions. With rare and notable exceptions,  the majority of the middle to upper class conservative  African-American women who are running the system deeply resent the poverty, both economically and morally, that the kids living in the housing projects endure.
