<![CDATA[Wilders beef with the Richmond School Board had nothing to do with education or policy, he simply wanted the 17th floor for his own office, and the only way to get it was to move the School Board out. What ever happened to the new school buildings his City of the Future was supposed to provide?

<![CDATA[Wilder could have been the guy behind the City of The Future, fixing RPS buildings, improving parks, incorporating green building, and ushering in a new era of accountability. Instead he eventually sided with the same ol' Richmond blue bloods and developers to make sure the white elephants continued their march on downtown at the expense of the neighborhoods.
