      <![CDATA[ada law in 1990... buildings built in 1800's... so now we must reconstruct half the city for the thousands handicapped individuals who we are all constantly seeing outside of the bars around downtown angry that they can not get in? I myself can not walk the sidewalks without getting trampled by all the wheelchairs!

      <![CDATA[There is no excuse that is good enough to justify the City of Richmond and Richmond Public Schools openly defying both state and federal law. Apparently, the people running Richmond for the last 20 years think that the only Civil Rights question worth addressing is that which applies to African-Americans.
