      <![CDATA[Eyes Open:<br> If there's that much work, then surely Mr. Marsh can't manage it on his own,  so let's pay two people $145,500 apiece. I'm sure that his sincere dedication to the children of this city will overcome any reluctance he might have to having a colleague in the office to help with the workload.

      <![CDATA[I love how people comment without thinking about how much legal work (including almost every termination, Worker's comp., etc.) that an organization as big as the school system needs. Most firm's in the city would laugh at doing the scope of work for $291k (which is less than actually spent, but C.D. would never report all the facts, it could get in the way of a good story).
