      <![CDATA[1708 Gallery Board is full of Centerstage barkers like their too-high priced AMS consultant.<br><br>Did anyone ever expect Centerstage to reveal the truth about anything? Cost overruns, "value engineering, salaries, price of out-of-town consultants, attendance figures, etc.<br><br>It is also interesting that Partners in the Arts moved from the Arts Council to UR's Downtown campus and yet has zero connection to the overpriced, consultant-dominated education program at Centerstage.
