      <![CDATA[Excellent point. Doesn't having family members with disabilities count, particularly when children with disabilities are so disrespected by school systems that without parents like Carol Wolf willing to speak up on behalf of families and children, RPS schools would still be nearly inaccessible?

      <![CDATA[excuse me, WITHOUT Wolf's advocacy many children would be WITHOUT necessary services AND  adults with disabilities unable to attend programs in schools much less be employed. I will never forget how a parent with disabilities at Fox had to sit in the basement and could not watch her children perform.
