This is political theater designed to take the spotlight off city councils inability to think creatively with the community to solve a problem.....more politics to shift the focus not actually solve the problem.

Next they will ban dancing in the city limits thinking that dancing and nightlife is the problem.....small minds.

Police cant stop shootings in our public schools what makes them think they can stop it on our streets with more regulations?
