If you can't even begin to see the huge difference between the accidental death of a family pet that you didn't know had been put in your car, and the funding of an interstate dog fighting ring and intentional, personal killing of dogs who didn't make the grade, there is no hope for anyone having a civilized discussion with you about this issue.
