While the sale staff certainly was attentive, they were hopeless as far as actually closing the deal. The poor staff are more trained in the use of their tablet PCs than in closing a sale.

When CC fired its best sales staff a move that I think they've done a couple of times in the past few years they lost the folks that moved products out the door.
