<![CDATA[In a city that is such a powerhouse in the arts and yet hardly getting by it is sad that we still need to draw divisions within ourselves. Richmond should be uplifted by the incredible arts/artists who call this town home and not be divided through awkward observations as who is a true arts patron.

<![CDATA[This article is lame but predictable. Style bestowed the "Richmonders of the Year" title on the Broad Street galleries then snidely belittles them for being exciting/popular/different or god forbid fun?

<![CDATA[I think there may be some comments in this article that have been taken out of context by readers. It seems that Main gallery owners were probably asked to contrast the Main art scene with that of the Broad art scene- they offered some thoughts, the thoughts were framed to fit the writer's purposes (make readers aware of Main galleries and offer ideas on how they may differ from Broad in order to emphasize the variety present in Richmond's overall art scene), and some readers are unnecessarily taking sides.
