Just a comment about “Profane Statues of Shiva and Shakti ” controversy appearing in newspapers, where Bhavna Shinde, self-appointed policewoman for the Hindu Dharma group in New Jersey, objects to the sale of statutes of Shiva and Shakti in a sexual embrace.

She forgets two things: One, that in Tibetan Buddhism and even in world famous Buddhist caves of Khajuraho in India, you see sexual embraces of Gods and Goddesses. And two, we have manufactured Gods and Goddesses in our own images and hence.
