Re: “Frank's”

The owner refused to speak me when I asked the waitress what the $3.50 split plate charge was. She stated "its on the menu. Its pretty standard practice". The food also tasted like a microwave dinner. On the way out, I told the owner my concerns and he got in my face and argued with me about the fee and told me he didn't need my business!
