@Christine. We made the trip. It was great! The school bus doesn't travel that far. The choir had car washes, sold blankets, fruit, pizza, cheesecake, sold candy, had many spirit nights. At $979 per child plus transportation, the above items were not enough. Anyhow, the next Spirit Night is tomorrow at Sweet Frog (White Oak) if you'd like to stop by and share of your successful techniques.

The next competition is in April in Williamsburg. The main point is that students are excited and engaged in an academic activity. Unfortunately, the budget granted doesn't allow for what some consider to be "extra." These events are helping to developing young minds into future leaders and great assets to society. A special thanks is extended to all who have offered kind words and donations.
We hope to see you all tomorrow evening! There will be a Meet and Greet from 7 to 9 PM.
