Re: “Cuts Both Ways”
This whole article shows why none of these businesses are great. You serve the public so make your business model with them in mind, not some ideal clientele. Either make strict rules and clearly post them ( no groupons, no plate sharing, tables are for diners etc.) Or quit the moaning. Seriously make your rules and stick to them. And dont whine when the general public doesn't get it. This thing about common courtesy means you gotta have it too. Have the courtesy to make your expectations clear. And don't be so brazen as to assume your way is everyone else's.
