Would love to see the chatter about this topic continue, it would be so easy for this topic to just fade away. I like the idea of a "world class farmer's market with year round, weather proof stalls" I posted on another thread about this that something like Philly's Reading Terminal Market" might work just not sure if it would fly in Richmond. Maybe use one of the building as a RTM type establishment and turn the other into...well something else. One thing I have noticed is that no one seems to be talking about these buildings getting tagged with the "historical site" label. Don't you think that is going to make it even more difficult for this property to be developed?
