Re: “Bypassing Sense”

The current bypass proposal doesn't stand up to the most cursory of examinations - it deserves to be put back out to pasture. There are commonsense solutions to our problems, but this sure isn't it. The money could be better spent in so many ways - the current approach is nothing short of shameful.
