I, Gail Christie, as a past attendee, season subscriber, donor, and enthusiastic promoter of the Firehouse Theatre Project hereby resolve to not support the Firehouse Theatre Project in any way until Carol Piersol is reinstated as Artistic Director and the situation is resolved to her and the theatre community's satisfaction. I will not make art, nor be in the audience, nor volunteer, nor donate until this happens. If you are an artist/actor or an arts patron/supporter, ticket-buyer, donor, student, technician, et al, please join with me and the rest of us in making this pledge.

It was the Board itself that pitted artist against administrator and created this very real divide. Mr. Timberline's article was a factual summary of the events that have transpired. Yes, it is a shame. But it is the continuing shameless actions of the Board that are perpetuating the ongoing unpleasantness, and I am grateful for those who are mounting a sustained effort to expose and oppose this egregious behavior.
