Here is a video from the top of the Capitol steps on March 3 as the crowd was informed that the police were going to start arresting people. I apologize for the poor quality, but it accurately portrays what it was like to be in the crowd as this was happening. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UQaiBWMk_Zk
