Your old school board sounds just like our board of county supervisors. Prince William County has perhaps one of the most corrupt boards in the state and we must wait until 2016 before we can do anything about it. Up until the middle of this year, supervisors have been able to "bank" any monies left over from their annual operating budget and the dole it out to their favorite groups in such a way as to make it appear the funds were coming from them personally. Memorial bricks and theater seats, ball team shirts, "tables" at things like Boys and Girls Club dinners, etc all paid for with tax payer dollars. That has been stopped but it was a hard fight. Hope thing work better with you new school board.
