Re: “Body Count”
Just because a crime isn't reported doesn't mean it is not happening. If it hasn't happened to you, speak with you neighbors and find out if a particular crime that happened to them was ever included in the RPD's crime report. Do that, and you will notice a disturbing trend of sweeping crimes under the rug. The lower crime rate may look good on paper, but what is the merit of a report that leaves out its own data.
